Data collected

Only the information you submit through the contact form: name, e-mail address, current website (optional), preferred pack and message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to reply to your request and prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps.

Processors

E-mails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc.). The site is hosted and measured via Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf, with no commercial reuse.

Analytics

Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not track visitors across sites.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or securely archived.

Your rights

Under the Swiss nFADP and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise it, write to hello@tom-web.ch.
